Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Krush! Krush offers returns on unworn items within 14 days of the order date for Hong Kong and international customers.

1. The item must be in brand new condition. Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.

2. The product tag and Krush packaging must be included.

3. The items can be changed to different size or other item in 14 days if they don't fit. 

4. Only the quality problems can be refunded.

Please note all items marked final sale are not eligable for a refund.
